I had a nice stay at this hotel, which felt more luxurious than a budget place once I got to my room. The rooftop restaurant had a great ambiance, and the General Manager was very approachable. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues around the hotel, and it would be better if they provided basic toiletries like a toothbrush.
